When there are more projects handled, the higher commission it is. Client servicing team needs not look for new customers, only bosses/founders do.
The challengesAlthough the team is friendly but teamwork can be improved. Lack of SOP where a newbie will find it difficult to adapt and understand the management and procedures. The pay may be good & commission-based but the basic is low and projects are inconsistent, thus the inconsistent commission too. Commission is low compared to the amount of effort contributed.
