    Best Work Culture & Environment
The good thingsGood for fresh graduates who want to learn in renewable energy. Company benefit, environment, and culture is good! Other than that, if you find a career development, do drop resume to their HR too!
The challengesNowadays, solar installation quite challenging. More competitors.

Excellent management, working culture and working environment but lack of benefit and pay is sligtly below market offer
The good thingsGood working culture, flexible working hour, have support from everyone across different region and different department
The challengesThere are room for improvement. The medical, dental and especially optical benefit can be increased. The salary is slightly below market offer where i believe they can offer better. However, given the flexible working culture and all that, I would say that it is an excellent place to learn and stay. Hope that management will take this into consideration.

Think thrice before applying for a job here
The good thingsThe colleagues are fun to work with!
The challengesThe directors of the company are money minded, and have little appreciation towards the welfare of the employees. There's no yearly bonus. To get a promotion you literally need to ditch your tasks on hand and focus on pointless assignments that are given by the HR.

    Interesting Internship Experience
The good thingsPlus Solar provide more opportunities for interns to do engineering design in Autocad as well as letting them to have a chance to involve in training and meeting although we are still fresh in the solar system field.
The challengesThere is less difficulty for working as every department here are open and great to communicate.

Good industry to be in especially if you are in the engineering line
The good thingsGood management with great team to support the assign task within designated job role. Good boss which often have a one on one session with employee to support and improve the whole company, direction is clear and compensation is above average, good culture with a young team which should keep the momentum going.
The challengesI would say that it's not about the company it's about myself because i am not from a engineering background which i can suffer quite a bit when it comes to technical prospective and engaging it to another level of success in the industry.

    Great for learning
The good thingsThey are helpful and giving a lot of training to all Interns who work in the company. You will learn a lot of thing because you need to do all projects assigned to you by yourself and of course all the project engineers in the company willing to teach you and help you for the projects. The company environment is very good and very chill. You can meet the manger or the boss anytime because they are just sitting beside you and willing to do thing together with you.
The challengesSometimes intern need to handle the project while certain full time project engineer should do it. The different team of project management maybe cause the different working style. Maybe one of the team is much better than another one because they are more helping and have a better direction to lead the team.
