    A good place to start carrier as fresh graduate
    The good thingsI gained lots of knowledge specifically in accounting field. It a good starter for those fresh graduate as can learn many things in short time and nice working environment.
    The challengesAs a finance student to do full set of account is quite challenging for me. However with the guide of senior, I managed to learn it well. Rather than work, I think the most challenging is poor management.

    No increament, no bonus, no benefits, too mant staff working here around 2 or 3 month only

    The challengesneed to recover all the thing & always do overtime but not worth it. new staff join but not too long, only 2 or 3 month and many compalain from others staff where just working here before.

    The good thingsGood for those who loves to work with minimum headaches, freedom but the salary unlikely below market standard plus lack of staff's benefit. Very friendly environment among staff plus most of staff don't bother to talk bad of each other or could i put this way...:mind your own business..
    The challengesTo deal with management that not really understand and maybe they don't care of your jobs and authority's Rules and Policies. To deal a lot of implementation of systems or policies that not important or not needed. To work with Head of department that don't dare to take a risk.
