    working environment is excellent. all the staffs friendly to each other including the CEOs where we can have transparent connection to them.
    The good thingsoverall this is the great place for fresh starter to gain some experience and knowledge.

    The good thingsgood bosses and colleagues plus great benefit. as a intern student, i was able to learn lot about investment even i am not from investment background. the company have good working environment and the salary was awesome.

    Caring and comfort zone company
    The good thingsCaring employer and provide good fringe benefits to employees. The management did concern about the work-life balance of their staff and focused on maintaining good relationship and better work environment of the staff. Staff feels secure and in their comfort zone.
    The challengesThe Management was quite conservative in its investment business thus the staff would not be able to learn new challenges to further enhance their skills and knowledge. However, now with the new set of management, it was noted that active investment in several portfolios are being made, thus may have provided some challenges to the staff.

    The good thingsI AM NOT WORKING HERE BUT MARA IS THE ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR PLACES TO GRAB. VERY PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT WORK PLACE. THE OTHER REASON IS MARA KNOWN AS GLC SO WE SAVE TO WORK HERE EITHER OUR ECONOMY IS DOWN OR NOT.
    The challengesOF COURSE WHEN WE CANNOT GET COOPERATION AMONG OUR COLLEAGUES. THE WORST WHEN WE HAVE A DEAD LINE. THE OTHER WHEN WE FOUND THE KASTA OR SENIORITY HABITS IN WORK PLACE. FOR SURE THE IS A PERFECT MAN OR WOMEN THAT ACTING AS A BOSS WANNABE.
