    Not a good place for your career
    The good thingsSku are adequate.Colleagues are fine
    The challengesManagement and Hq personnel need to be humble and honest. Don't play dirty trick and back stabbing. The fortune is big enough to share. Learn to recognise & reward, instead of endless demand. AND, there will be alot of "high rank" with cable, accept that you have relatively low chance to promoted, and becareful when you talk , or what you do

    Overall management, skill and knowledge is outdated. Most managers tends to be professional from outside, empty inside
    The good thingsDirectors is good, willing to listen. Some of the midle management manager is very knowledgeable.
    The challengesManager title, fresh grad knowledge, highschool skill skillset, Tend to eager to solve issue without thinking any future impact and impact other department/ Solve issue now without a proper way and might against legal, never settle problem forever. (infinite loop hole) Small places that allow these manager to play politic with each other. Maybe location wise is too boring and nothing.

    Trouble.
    The good thingsComfort environment with supportive teammates.
    The challengesThe salary is too low. Cannot survive after being transferred to a new workplace. Flight ticket is not covered after being transferred. Also, there is no increment in salary. There is no allowance after being transferred. Just have very supportive teammates.

    Do not work here! Staff are not appreciated!
    The good thingsColleagues are good. But the company & management not so
    The challenges-3 years contract, if you leave in between 3 years, you pay a huge fine -not allowed to take leave on weekends & public holiday -1 person do a 5 person job -commission based sales and target -very stressful -benefits are very limited

    An emerging company. A good panel to learn
    The good thingsSuperiors are approachable when you need help. A very good place to learn extra product knowledge. Need to lead a team to achieve sales target. Otherwise the commission is very low.
    The challengesNot a 13-month salary company. Commission comes from sales. Medical benefits is on the down side compared to other retails. Paid annual leave is very limited. Still have lots of improvement in their management
