    Micromanagement and bad experience
    The good thingsLearned a lot of new things and gain experience even it was short period
    The challengesNo work life balance and stressful life. What they promise during interview was totally different when i joined in. Very bad management, no proper black and white documents provided.

    Good & Opportunities Company
    The good thingsFast moving company and aggressive, professional team and management team willing to teach and consult staff. Caring superior or H.O.D, protecting subordinates and always ready to help and support them.
    The challenges1) Lack of focus on a true employee experience and lack of communicate and team works. 2) Not all employee follow the company rules. Some of the employee have a habit to blame each other for their own mistake. Nobody admit their own mistake. 3) Internal negative culture. There is few office staff show their bad working attitudes and negative culture to the the new joined staff. Over lenient to those troublemaker. 4) Low salary but employee benefits considered okay.

    Good environment and facilities
    The good thingsGood bosses and colleagues overall is friendly, good environment and facilities provided. Can learn a lot of knowledge and helpful skills, company organized team building trips which appropriate to employees.
    The challengesSome of the staff with bad attitude and no professional ethics (black sheep). Managing skills have to improve if not turnover rate will become higher. Overall is good, only salary given quite low compared with other peers.

    Good company but some staff attitude bad and rude
    The good thingsProvide a good working environment, good opportunity to upgrade our skills and team work. Each department have own job scope and responsibilities (just 1 or 2 nope). Relationships among management team and staff is great, bosses are ready to listen to staff and trying to improve.
    The challengesWorking attitude for some of the staff here have to change. May provide them training course, purpose is to correct their working style and handling tasks. This is their own good and also benefit for company, can prove to other that all staffs are well trained and professional.

    The good thingsBosses are nice people, good working colleagues, workload semi-decent, career growth is really up to individuals to pursue but opportunities are there. They have annual dinners and teambuilding trips too which are pretty decent.
