    No proper management.
    The good thingsHave a very good time and experience with colleagues and especially Compliance Manager (Mr.Martin).
    The challengesVery very poor management. They won't listen to the employee problem and never bother about it. No respect at all.. the worst company I have worked in my life. It's not about salary increment, it's about how you respect your employees... Please don't ever join this company. And if the management not like you means they triggered you to resign. All the loyal staffs resigned because of this kind of attitude.

Amazing rewards for Operation department - Challenge to Achieve Target & get rewarded every month (cash incentive - daily) - Perform well if you have challenges in the organization.
