    You literally have to learn how to fend for yourself from day one.
    The good thingsGood vibes here. The benefits of such an environment are that your character grows exponentially. You will learn how to harden yourself, and expand your skill set and job competency far beyond your technical expertise.
    The challengesMultitasking vs timeline is the most challenges that I can see here. If you plan to stay in your comfort zone, this is not a place for you. There are opportunities to grow within the company if you take initiative in everything you do.

    The challengesBecause of the passion that everyone has and the crazy turn around of this job, it tends to be a little fast paced and hard to catch up.

    The good thingsGreat teamworks among colleagues and having fun with them too. I get to learn different things and valuable skill. The company gives you the freedom to manage your own timeline for your work and not micromanage.
    The challengesTime management are very important in this fast-paced environment. Need to have work discipline and pick up fast.

    Great working culture with tons of learning opportunities
    The good thingsHonestly, my time here in the company may consider short for most people, however in just my short time here I was able to gain so much more. You will get to learn everything from A-Z in the digital marketing space from your superiors, fellow colleagues and even from the clients. Everyone here works as a team, plannings, discussions or even brainstorming are welcomed, anytime, anywhere. The management and the seniors there will strive to ensure that every member is accounted for.
    The challengesCome with the eagerness to learn and be ready to be disciplined to work independently. Fast-paced environment. But if you do put in the work, the management will indeed merit your hard work accordingly.

    The good thingsA company that gives you the freedom to manage your own work and time. So long as you work towards the betterment of the company and deliver results. Management strive to put in effort to develop a better work place for the staff. The company has a flat hierarchy, so work gets approved and implemented fast.
    The challengesYou need to have work discipline to motivate yourself. So if you have passion for what you do, can create the learning opportunity and your job will bring much satisfaction and joy.

    More Than What You'd Expect
    The good thingsImagine a company that values teamwork with approachable leadership. That's what Pocca Dot Media is. I wouldn't say it has a great workplace culture, but they are certainly developing it at its own pace to make the team feel more comfortable. What's more is communication, discussion or even brainstorming are welcomed, anytime, anywhere. In summary, it's a pretty fun and small team that always got your back.
    The challengesIf you want to specialize in just one thing, this might not be right for you as you get to work and learn different things simultaneously. Fast-paced environment.
