    The good thingsgot lot restaurants nearby and easy to get grab car
    The challengesNo medical card, no increment no bonus, jobscope is carcamarba, salary follow the law before 7 next month, epf need to check every month's, payslip need to ask everytime u need. self services

    Comfortable environment
    The good thingsWorking at a college provides really exciting environment. The college is full of life from active students. The company is small and thus the positions available are plentiful. No politics which makes communication among all staffs a pleasant one.
    The challengesThe big boss is quite the micro-manager and perfectionist. While big projects often comes in with him, the opportunity for you to show your talents and spread your wings does not really exist. At Point College, you're more of a follower instead of a leader. While it may work for some, it may not work for others.
