    The good thingsAfter MCO, i dont really think any.
    The challengesYou have to get ready to work like 24/7 even during your holiday with your family. Almost everyday working till middle of night but bosses still complaint. No one cares how you put efforts on your job, and no one appreciate you at all.

    The working environment was great.
    The good thingsEveryone was happy to help and open to discussion. My boss was very friendly and thought me a lot of things during my time there.
    The challengesI wish there's more benefit given to employees like health insurance, etc. I also would love for them to do a yearly performance review for pay increase.

    great place to grown for future opportunity
    The good thingsyou will be provided skill set to achieve if you are new, you will learn from A to Z. The company emphasize personal grow. basically you will learn how to handle and coordinate with client, instead of pure technical stuff.
    The challengessometimes you just need to solve the in shortest time and different project at one time will make you quite stressful, i think everywhere is about the same.
