I joined as an Admin intern and later became an operations executive. Learned a lot about different types of trading and how things work in trading., had to update the cloud system on time and submit daily reports, but no over time. the team is small, so everyone has to be independent.  I left because I got a new opportunity, but it was a good place to gain experience and understand how trading works.
The good thingsNo overtime, work-life balance, good exposure to international trading. helpful colleagues
The challengesparking is expensive, has to be detailed. complicated company cloud system

Managed 2 active companies of full set account. Can finish on time and no over time even closing times cause the account transaction is not many and repeated. I left because I got a better offer from the company near my home.
The good thingsYoung environment. Mainly 20s. Working with foreign staff, work life balance.
The challengesnot for slow learner, no public transport nearby.

The company is growing fast. Work is busy. so must focus a lot. But overtime is very rare and company culture encourages work life balance.  The boss is not always in the office, so we work independently and have zoom meetings when needed.  sometimes got breakfast and lunch treats.
The good thingsNo politics, international exposure, no overtime
    The challengesFast-paced work, expensive area

handling payroll for a small team and managing foreign staff visas. The job is payroll audits, visa applications, and hiring. The office is modern with pantry and meal treats. I could leave on time daily unless there was a company dinner. Best for someone who enjoys independent HR work in a small. Not for starter

A global company where young people work hard! But if you’re lazy, this isn’t the place for you!
The good thingsGreat work environment with supportive colleagues. And good location with modern office.
The challengesA few lazy employees avoid work and complain all the time. Rather than respecting diverse cultures, they disregard them.
