Able to put into the action plan all the management / operational skills that learned before in the University and also through the training process. Able to discuss very professionally with the production manager and make the right decision. Understand through how to look into the issue from the management prospective.
    The challengesNew experience working in the optical lens production or processes that really become challenge for me to understand the quality defects and how actually the quality defects happened. The core thing is how to solve the issue thus able to execute with the transferring process to the following department. Must think all the issue from the managerial level and are responsible for the matters that pretty much relevant to the production process.

    The good thingsPeople in QA Polarized department are very helpful, would not mind if I did some mistakes in my early days until today. You will learn to be grateful when you see people worked so hard to earn a living in a busy city. When it comes to eat during break times, you will never eat alone unless you are an introvert.
    The challengesHigh expectation from higher management group, with very low funds. A little bit stressful when you have to do things that you are not supposed to do.

    The good thingsThe people working are friendly from every department. We can talk about things outside works during breaks and working interval. Essential safety equipment were given easily for every level of employee. The salary is given consistently on a a specific date for every month.
    The challengesThe company is underemployed. Job assignment is overwhelming for production line. Machines used are in not good condition and need constant maintenance. Training is invested in the company yet expect every newcomer to perform as good as senior staffs.
