    The good thingsNothing good in this organization high management is willing to invest in technology but is not based on customer requirement is a big waste of the machine
    The challengesAble to new machine system but the machine is not suitable for production and QC because it does not have demand from customer, meanwhile top management is pushing to improve the product line with wrong machine investment

    The good things1. Multi tasking: Handling of various of system - ISO, customer's green procurement, 6S etc. 2. Coordinate with various of department from business development until delivery. 3. Deal with DOE and DOSH related to environmental and safety issues 4.Directly discussion, review and reporting to Managing Director
    The challenges1. To handle overall task of section by ownself without replacement of assistant 2. To train or change old habit of senior employees in order to follow rules and regulations 3. To get continuous support from top management in term of conducting various of monitoring required by DOE and DOSH
