    Good Practices but contradicting actions
    The good thingsThe company placed great importance to ensure plant and employees' health and safety are practiced at all times. The company's cleanliness is above average. The company does not skimp on providing the necessary training to enhance and upgrade its employees' skills. In other words, overall employees' welfare are well taken care of.
    The challengesMeetings should not be allowed to drag for long hours, exhausting everyone and not getting the required responses. Smoking among employees is indirectly \"promoted\" during working hours when the company provides a smoking room in the premise, Unbelievable , since the company is dedicated to Health & Safety practices but promoting smoking is a contradicting act altogether.
