    Non-stress working environment
    The good thingsFlexible work style - as long as you finish your job with excellency. Good bosses. Quite great rewards (bonus, occasional free meals, lucky draw) - considering it is not a big company - i would say, quite good rewards for the employees!
    The challengesNo proper training. No strict actions for those who are undiscipline in attendance - so it become a problem to those who are working diligently, we have to take up their jobs..

    The good thingsSuccessfully cleared backlogs which up to 9 months in 6 weeks time and re-gained customer confident in business relationship.
    The challengesTo brief operation team on how important is the sales revenue and delivery commitment towards company performance and employees' bonus.
