    The good things- Total changeover of the company layout by shifting the place of the injection machines, renovate the lab for testing with advanced testing equipment. - Opportunities to learn many new things through working colleagues and higher officials including the CEO and CBDO. - Give authorities to handle the lab and its equipment.
    The challenges- Need to add manpower to work on the machines so that there is no need to pick operators from other division. - Provide enough tools for operators

    Multitasking working environment
    The good things1) Clear milestone plan for your future 2) A lot of training which on management skill 3) Working are not only working instead take part in organize event 4) Cross department is needed therefore you are not only communicate with your department but many department instead 5) Company allow staff to try and error and giving fully support even you fail, for sure improvement is needed to success it.
    The challenges1) Need to work hard and work smart as job is increase tremendously 2) Your milestone plane need align with company milestone plan else hard to stay for longer 3) Working after office hour is required and outstation is needed sometimes.
