The management is supportive, and safety is always a top priority. Products are well-made and meet high standards. Overall, it’s a good place to work and grow with.
    The challengesThere is room for improvement in communication between departments to ensure smoother coordination and faster decision-making. Upgrading certain facilities or equipment could also enhance efficiency and comfort. In addition, improving the benefits for all workers would help increase satisfaction and motivation.

    The challengesI’ve been working at PCM for a while and overall, it’s a stable and well-managed company. The team is hardworking, and safety is always a top priority. One challenge is that the salary could be more competitive compared to similar manufacturing companies, especially given the physical nature of the job. However, the company does offer steady hours, and job security, which I really appreciate.

    The good things-Stable company -can learn many new thing -friendly environment (with workers) -fresh can handle big project -friendly manager -good for experienced
    The challenges-low salary -poor management -double standard work load and salary -no benefit, small allowance, survive with basic salary -if you are fresh graduate degree, dont apply here as you will get designation related to diploma cert. -career advancement? My senior are working 6 years at company, still assistant engineer. -not appreciate workers badly.
