    The good thingsGood environment working.
    The challengesThe biggest challenge that most sales assistant face is the customers, sales and skill to promote products to meet sales targets. The most successful tactic for overcoming this challenge is to refocus the conversation with customers and also serve customers and handle any returns and refunds.

    The good thingsHave a good work hour 10am-6pm, Decide our own task deadline (Not too long), Easy to manage work load, Understanding bosses and manager, Nice working environment, Near to 1MK mall. Easy to lunch at variable nearby places.
    The challengesLow bonuses, Give us MC's and AL to take but when taking max leave they decide that you're not good and doesn't deserve a better bonuses even when you finish all work on time and with good quality, No pantry in office, Noisy office as they are playing high volume music here.
