    I'm not recommended for you working here. But if u want to starting the job and learn and build up the knowledge u can be stay. But don't take to long because people will use you.
    The good thingsThe good thing every year having increment and bonus. But don't expect to much the increment not worth at all. Depends on your colour skin.
    The challengesNeed to be multitask event the task not included in your offer letter. Because they always cut their budget for hire new staff.

    The challengesCompany help customer even if customer unreasonable to scold us when customer complaint to HQ, It's all our fault But company said customer is not always right ?! Salary is very low and short manpower have many staff resigned so some staff need to multiple tasks they no allow to hire new staff to outlet but their HQ have hire staff ?? Our outlet is Store A ,weekend have a lot of customer , we need to put our thing to help cashier to pack even though have gave bonus
