    Too lean resources and yet result oriented towards individual rather than a team
    The good thingsFriendly colleagues, MNC system, have opportunity to explore to oversea. Good employer epf distribution if you work longer than 5 years.
    The challengesToo lean resources, uncontrollable KPIV and drives to uncontrollable output, scrap and downtime yet expectation within 2weeks no solution means u are failed. Overcommit into shipment. Weak engineering team and system. 80-90% rely on production operator to solve the problems by themselves.
