Calm, Stable and progressive

The good thingsPositive and friendly working environment. A good place to start your carrier with a stable and gradual company growth. Twice bonus per year.

The challengesLimited resources for learning and training. Working organization is heavily depending on top level approval. It is a little bit annoying to wait for the management approval especially matter related to formal documents & late salary payment.
