Poor Management of HR
The good thingsI met good and helpful colleague.
The challengesSlow moving of career growth unless you are a part of the HR cartel groups. No proper performance appraisal for staff that really delivered.
Little increment and bonus. Staff welfare is poor as HR having no effort to improve on this.
