    The good thingsall though there is little bit of stress when you are unable to solve the issues, but trust me, get a drinks, try your best, figure solution. Superior was nice & friendly, even he rate me three star , but i still like the people in PEM, they are very good talking person

    The good thingsSituated in Batu Berendam Free Trade Zone, which is nearby Melaka Town and usually we don't have much parking problem. Company is also nearby some shopping mall and residential area so food during lunch time is easily available. It is also nearby Melaka Sentral so those using public transport finds it easy to travel to work.
    The challengesPoor management with no foresight, use management by fear. Generally staffs are demotivated and work in fear of loosing their jobs, especially the long term staffs with no paper qualification. Retaining staff is a challenge because the salary for operational staff is among the lowest and is not able to compete with nearby companies. It is a challenge managing as a middle management staff.

    The good thingsThis company is a German Company with western management concept. This company last time i work is very good and is 1 of the good company in malacca. They will have all years activity such as annual dinner, received birthday present, yearly tournament, monthly sport activity as Gym, Bowling, Badminton, Football, fishing. They do have a family day too. This company would send staff for training
    The challengesI work as Engineering Assistant on year 2014. i get to learn a lot from this company such as Calibration equipment, QA, ISO9001. The work over here is consider relax a bit as they follow western management. For advance career opportunity, i have to search for better as the company is difficult to promote their staff.
