It is challenging and very mentally draining as well as physically exhaustingThe good thingsThe company gives us a sense of freedom to do things we want like having frequent breaks and such, having frequent bonuses as well.
The challengesThe management and higher ups are overall poor and you would think that children would know how to run a company better than the actual company does, from poor time management, to late salary, to no reply about work related questions and the list would go on and on overweighing the benefits. Having said this, the only people that are completely fine working here are people that dont have a future or are people who are completely fine in letting others take advantage of them.
