Medium size fabless semicon company

The good things- flexible working hours - office environment is nice - ample of parking space for employees - free food and drinks every Fridays - friendly employees and colleagues

The challenges- no training/career development initiatives - management has very traditional mindset - no cash bonus - too much of manual reporting. work efficiency was never a priority and no initiatives to simplify work flow and tasks.

Good workplace to learn skills

The good things- Technical skills - ESPP and RSU - Nice and huge cubicle + can request for more than 1 monitors

The challenges- No cash bonuses - No employee engagement programs or talent/career development trainings - Only work-oriented
