The good thingsThe employer did well at sharing knowledge and helping the new worker. As people who seeking experience, this company provides multitasking skill for you as well as your ability to perform a task within a limited amount of time.
The challengesToo high expectations for the worker for a small company as there will be KPI evaluation every month, which is different from any other company which only have KPI once or twice a year so you need to perform good and consistently
