    It's all about the speed and accurate
    The good thingsThe manager is great, willing in sharing and teaching newbie.
    The challengesThe boss is too bossy and scolding newbie without giving face. Non-stop of OT, average OT until 8pm sometimes could stay back until 10pm, and no OT to claim. High pressure heavy workload, almost zero communication between colleagues.

    The good thingsThe excitement when you learn something which is quite different from textbook and is really useful for businessman. Beside, it is also helpful for myself if in future I am going to have my own company.
