    The challengescompany culture is good and annual celebration get together is great for gathering with everyone, as everyone is usually rather focus on work as usual. Salute to the great support from the management and trainee who has sucessfully organise these get together events

    The good thingsAll staff and engineer very friendly.
    The challengesExposure to factory test are great, as we can socialise with many friendly customers, utility, safety officer, however for site works is also great, but as always nothing comes without small issues, when there's issues, may be a little hassle, as clients and supplier may have own choices, issues etc

    The challengeswide range of food selection and stall around, hard to choose, most are walking distance.

    The good thingsLearn software and experience engineering work. Able to interact with senior engineer and manager from different department. Able to explorer various industries, utility, traction, commercial etc, not only in Malaysia but also international.

    The good thingsHR did their best in terms of appealing to the needs of the entry level interns by having scheduled appointments. Open and casual meeting with supervisors which helped interns to understand the roles given
    The challengesNeed more scheduled work flow plan so that interns/Trainee showing up for industrial training can get use to the pace of work there.

    The good thingsColleagues were friendly and willing to teach. The working environment encouraged independent learning, feedback would be given by superiors on how to improve. It is a good stepping stone for engineers wanting to gain experience and venture into automation industries in the future.

    The good thingsTruly a blessing to be able to be a part of this amazing organisation. The best thing about this experience was that there will always be many great senior who will assist you; may it be through having doubts in your projects/ phases, to avoiding mistakes of various levels. We will definitely grow exponentially. Truthfully, we have seen plenty of people come and go, be it the reason of to a bigger corporate or various reasons. However, the seniors here are superb,they are supportive. Through steed& fast procedure we dominate all ranges of Voltage levels in Malaysia, SEA, Europe and the rest of the world.
    The challengesIt depends on various factors: May it be location or other perks it will be your call to decide.
