    Toxic senior staff. Poor management. Poor staff welfare. No training, zero learning opportunity.
    The good things- Supportive colleagues - Basic pantry setting - Got own laptop for working purpose - Birthday voucher
    The challenges- Minimum benefit, not all Public Holiday recognized, no proper training provided, all by yourself. - Got issue if taking leaves. Toxic management. - Many staff but no proper working space. Very crowded. - Toxic environment created by senior staff but cannot do anything due to favouritism. Also cannot ask anything to senior staff or you might get sarcastic answer. Zero learning opportunity. - Stressful environment, short timeline with fast pace working environment. - Low basic salary, low/no increment, required to work overtime with NO PAY, some claims don't even pay. - Dont filter new intake. expect other staff to take over. - Got many Muslim staff but no proper place to pray.

    Good for starting freshies but worried staying to long might see the true colors of the company especially from the senior management or others old employees
    The good thingsFor a fresh grad who needs to start somewhere to utilize their engineering education background can start with this company if they offer you after you apply. Good start at the company where new people are guided / informed properly plus professionally manage and later on if there is the mentor guiding you than you will learn up the job faster. This is the fun part about this company as we are fresh grads so we need to know what the company rules & regulations plus work information required. Even during my intern there isn't none of this provided maybe because intern and not a full timer?
    The challengesYou have to manage the stress due to project communication issues and lacking in manpower where usually sometimes have to be a one man show to arrange all parties to ensure everything is being process pace by pace. I keep hearing something toxic is going on but can't be sure which department, if there is then it's the manager's issue since they should resolve this. If the manager is toxic because they are a long timer at the company than there is your growth barrier. So far not many managers I have deal with at this company so cannot comment much.

    Toxic environment where hard work goes unnoticed.
    The good things✅ The company offers a 5-day work week with weekends off.
    The challengesNo work-life balance — you’re expected to respond even on leave. High stress. Rewards are not given based on effort, but favoritism. If you're not the boss’s favorite, your hard work means nothing.

    The challengesA worst-case workplace with overload and an unfair boss would be one where employees are constantly overwhelmed with excessive tasks, with no relief or appreciation for their hard work. Communication is poor, expectations are unrealistic
