    Somehow a work-life balance..
    The good thingsYou can choose to plan the whole department by yourself, just treat it that is your "company" instead.
    The challengesSome of the workers might not be fully coorperate with you especially those senior, with more than 5 years above. Another challenges are you might have to obey those senior while you can't lost them also. You need to find a balance point here while implementing some critical decision.
