    Property field will give you more experience and interesting.
    The good thingsI have been working at this company for more than 11 years. My experience in learning the property field is extremely perfect and good. i have gain so much of knowledge and experience working in this field.
    The challengesWorking with this company you can gain more knowledge but salary vice they need to improve more.

    Professional Valuation company but POOR Human Resource Management
    The good thingsColleagues at the Valuation Department in general are very helpful and showing good spirit of teamwork. Good environment with positive minded colleagues as we tolerate and co-operate, in order to get our job done effectively.
    The challengesUnfortunately the Human Resource Manager in charge has POOR "humanity skills". Lack of knowledge in trying to solve problems professionally. Prefers to show terrible mood swings when dealing with staff in the office. Bad reputation for the company...!!

    The good thingsI have learnt a lot of things since I started my career in this company. I started the job as Admin Executive up to Area Manager on the right time. Growth opportunities is high in this company. The company will always care of their employees.
    The challengesHave to deal with our staff at sites. Sometimes, feel like some staff not really suitable with the job but they would take us for ride. HQ staffs are really helpful with each other even-though their from different department.

    The good thingsI love to work in my fields because you gotta know about the current property market value
    The challengesTruly, I enjoyed every working in this company. You gotta face difference experiences for different type of properties. For example, if you value a special properties such as a petrol station or Hotel, you have to use a Cost Method as this type of properties has seldom transaction in the market.

    The good thingsLearn to use UBS software, involved in daily maintenance collection and preparing collection reports, able to do minutes of meeting.
    The challengesConsume little time to learn a software, handling with different characters of humans, but still its quite interesting to learn.
