    My working experience with PPG was great with friendly environment
    The good thingsOur flexi working hours (8am -4.30pm) also work from home basis if required makes employees to be ready to access from anywhere and feel comfortable to work with. We also have yearly festive celebration in our Plant for all festivals. This builds our bounding together to work as One PPG!!!
    The challengesWith current situation and we are trying all our best to reach our goals globally and with more innovations we believe that we can achieve more.

    The good thingsgreat support from technical & Demand Dept. Medical Card based on your position level. Full PH leaves. Official working hour 8-4.30 (weekdays)
    The challengesOpportunities for career is very low since rusty people still surviving there somehow depends on HOD. Work/Life balance Poor as in your job as gatekeeper ( RM purchase & planning) as you needed extra hour every day since there are 300+- SKU to be checked. RM purchasing history very bad as almost everyday will face shortage since Forecast is up and down (Messy). Working environment depends. but must be careful since some masked politic will have & mock you down. Management of top level some of them will support greatly and some of them not contributing anything. Salary annual increment is 2-3%. bonus depend on your SBU performance & HOD interest.

    The good thingsI work in PPG for six months as a contract staff. The company have a low turn over rate. Everyone is kind and they have work life balance. But as for exposure, not so much. Since I am in AP, my daily tasks is only invoice processing.
    The challengesThe company is using three systems. It is depends on which country you're assign to then you will need to master the system. If you're happen to handle more than one country that using two different system, then it might be a bit of a challenges for you. As for me, it is still manageable.

    The good thingsEmployer provide the employee the right path to achieve their goals. Employer also provide a good communication between the leader and team. This is the right company to enhance our knowledge and learn about the team spirit.
    The challengesAs this is the Shared Services Company (Finance), the challenging part is about the working hours. Some team will work for Australia or New Zealand, and their working hour will start earlier. In term of the communication, it should be no problem as we are using English as our main language.

    The challengesEveryday is challenging days. It's a factory and everyone has their specified job to do. The task is ensured the IT system in good system,especially the network system. Many new things involved such as bar code system,stock system and painting label system. Printer system using the network system that ensures labeling in correct sequence.
