    My previous job is senior retail associate at ADIDAS MALAYSIA (1years plus)
    The good things1- i meet a new family member (staff) 2- team work 3- i can gain more experience from another team mate 4- train my self to be professional seller 5- Highly salary can get & interesting beneficial
    The challenges1- to hit personal & store target 2- completed all the task by daily 3- need to come out everyday our new plan in order to achieve our own gold 4- communication between team mate 5- handling customers

    Great team spirits
    The good thingsdespite we are from different background, we here, work as family. Managers willing to share all knowledge and guide us from zero till we manage and grow. We do have small arguments, like any other work place had too. But after we fight, we don't carry it over the night. We love each other and here, we are not just colleagues, way beyond that.
