    Good company with friendly,healthy company culture
    The good thingsThe staffs are friendly. Used to be under a bad manager (hence the bad reviews here). However, since changed management, things are way better. We get better benefits, 2-ways communication, and no favouritism issue. Travel allowance, meal allowance, attendance allowance are good addition to the income.
    The challengesQuite a busy company to work with, to be honest. At times don't get enough rest. Maybe can help improve by adding more staffs for the branch. Sometimes need to work during off-days but can always discuss with your supervisor. They are friendly and listen to you most of the times.

    The challengesLong working hours, no OT pay, no bonus, need to cover different outlets without travel allowance, have no say in all management decision, very high turnover rate in all levels.
