    The good thingsGreat place for fresh graduates to gain working experience fast. US based company fast moving, aggressive and stable . Flexible and fast in decision making, always appreciate suggestion and comment. Chances to explore other countries if you are in position.
    The challengesLack of opportunities for career advancement, super duper multitasking is common here. A lot of re-alignment session required with your counterpart overseas which will use up some of your private time.

    The good thingsCompany has clear vision and objectives, only quality staffs with the right character / personality are hired to maintain the company standard. Face-paced and always strive to be on par with the market. Appreciate suggestions and very employee oriented.
    The challengesRight ones stay, unsuitable ones leave - they are very strict on quality so employees have to ensure that they are always improving. Stable but lack of advancement opportunity, there are more rooms for improvement.

Huge market competition. Additional requirement need to special take note that don't spell in customer document. Additional requirement that is not sharing by the customer.
