    The challengesPoor leadership created a toxic work environment, with a biased, unsupportive manager who lacked accountability and leadership skills. Subordinates were often blamed or ignored, and feedback was dismissed, leading to low morale and limited professional growth.

    The good thingsI’m grateful to be part of such a positive and supportive Internal Audit team. We always work together, sharing ideas and helping each other to make our audits smooth and effective. The teamwork and collaboration in our department make even the toughest tasks enjoyable.
    The challengesOne of the biggest challenges we face is traveling to rural areas for long periods. While it can be tiring to be away from home, having a team that feels more like friends makes it so much easier.

    Achieving Work-Life Balance Nirvana at Press Metal
    The good thingsI love that I can get my work done during regular hours and still have time for myself. Plus, the team is amazing. We work together like a well-oiled machine, and there's no politic, drama or competition. It's a positive and inclusive environment. And the flexibility? It's top-notch. The company provide Time Off Policy. Every month, we can request 2 hours of time off to use however we want.
    The challengesStaying up-to-date and adapting to constant changes can be demanding. However, the company encourages continuous learning and provides resources to enhance our skills.
