Horrible. A very good example of a very bad company.The good thingsI don't think there's any good things at this point that can save the company.
The challenges- Upper/middle managers with zero management experience.
- You will give your life away working day, holiday, night until you're sucked dry. zero work life balance and they work you to the bone.
- Zero opportunities for growth / career advancement.
- The work is robotic work.
