    Profit driven & very fast paced
    The good thingsComfortable working space/area. The wages given are reasonable are up to average/market standard. Equipment needed for job to be done are provided (eg: laptop or desktop, stationary, internet access etc).
    The challengesVery profit driven, everything done must have ROI. Task done that does not give direct benefit to company is not considered / unappreciated. Too fast paced and ad-hoc, many task must be done as immediately as possible and given on short notice which is pretty stressful for people that have worked in standard paced or laid back work environment.
