    The challengesLast-minute meetings, scheduled before the end of the day or after hours. Recognition are not fairly distributed, and hard work goes unnoticed if you're not part of the 'favorite' staff. There's a need for improvement in creating a more balanced, fair, and respectful environment for all employees.
