There is always training/knowledge sharing from internal colleagues to brush up your skills.
The challengesSince it is outsource company to the client, so we not always able to share the company employee benefit, e.g. training (six sigma, etc.). We have provide services to the clients which is quite challenging if the clients is very demanding and difficult to deal with. We not able to be the project owner but only able to become project analyst to provide solution. Customer always right.
