    Worst management and no protection for staff
    The good thingsThe only best and good here is the colleagues. They are too friendly and at the same time only they can back us up.
    The challengesWorking not based on job description. Its 200% more than that. There is no guarantee for staff's health. Working more but at last getting nothing. No increament and bonus. Don't ever hope for that. Double work exp: need to re-do all the thing twice. Here no life for local workers. More to foreigners. Most of them regret to work here. No Life and no future !!

    Terrible working place with no benefits for employee
    The good thingsOnly a numbers of colleagues who is trustable and reliable.
    The challengesThis company provides a worst place of working environment. No benefits or carrer enchancement for staffs as been promised at the beginning. No bonuses or increment yet the company is performing great. They failed to understand or appreaciate their staffs.

    The challengesNot a healthy working environment. Very stressful. Don't have staff benefit such as increment and bonuses. They say teamwork but they only thinks themself and wanted to take credit. Not suitable for muslim worker because didn't provide prayer room.

    The good thingsWell it is a most happening management whom you are able to share your opinion and ideas and they do give heed to your voice. As a staff gets the opportunity to get knows the products before it comes to the market. The employer whom are caring of the wellbeing of the staffs.
    The challengesEvery company has it's pro and con so it is time for one to proof their strength to face and overcome the challenges. It depend on how a person digest an environment. Do not take a challenges faced as a hindrance but an opportunity to grow with the growth of the company.

    Friendly environment to work
    The good thingsCares for each and every single employee. Polite behavior and considerable for any special cases like emergency leave. Always encourage employee to take new challenges. Of course I experienced an amazing feeling when my managing director himself took us for dinner or lunch. Most importantly the employer is very sensible for all types of religion and races. Thumbs up for all the superior management.
    The challengesShould achieve Visibility to Control Inventory and Costs. Also need to Improve Execution and Coordination with Suppliers and Customers.

    The good thingsThe top management and other colleagues are very friendly. Fair benefits provided to the staffs which lead us to enjoy the privilege on purchasing of the products.
    The challengesAs an individual whom have the difficulty to communicate in English, I have a lot of helps and guidance from other to learn and improve my communication skills. Otherwise nothing much challenges faced expect the daily routine task faced and this really provides me an encouragement to improve myself.
