    The good thingsBasic salary was fine, it goes up with your rank in the team basically based on your sales performance as well. Medium size of team, ideal for a good sales environment. Basically it's the workforce for marketing behind standard chartered bank. If you're good in retail banking and hitting sales, I would say this is the ideal company for you :)
    The challengesHitting sales at a pretty bad economy state will be very hard since people are reluctant to sign up for credit cards and personal loans. Interest rates and benefits offered by standard chartered are marginal compared with other banks. So it all up to you whether you wanna add some freebies by your own money.

    The good thingsgood senior officer to guide new joiners. low basic income but rewarded with high commission payout on effort put in. challenging part of the organization is to deal with upper management senior officer who are not upto market trend or understand current market, as many terms are obsolete which has cause customer are not satisfied. less cooperation from backend division as well.
    The challengescooperation from all related party and to put customer on priority list instead of upper management decision / authority. senior management officer should adapt to market changes and not applying obsolete terms in today market. regular training to adequate officer who are not familiar with market outlook is helpful.

    The challengesThis job basically is a challenging job because per day I need to talk to 200 to 300 customers based on 4 hours connected calls. I do have my own personal target to hit and also company target. I will hit my target as soon as I can so that i don't have to stay back. Things I don't like is sometime customer will scold me by using volgeraty word

    The good thingsEnvironment is one of the best thing in this company, when you starting to feel a bit lazy while you enjoying the air cond or laundry food & tea, your colleague or manager will push you to work more hard with sincere. You can have a 10min tea break or smoking, but this wont shown up in your offer letter.
    The challengesSales Target set by company is challenge as always, but as long as you break through the target, i guarantee you can get a satisfies salary and commission.
