    The good thingsLike a family, no one would be left behind, can learn a lot of knowledge here! Best management! Lunch provided suitable for fresh-grad or experienced nice people are accumulate here...haha

    The good thingsThe best thing to work in pride chem I would say is the Work/Life Balance, as there is not much OT and you can enjoy your personal time. Management is wise and having bright forecast for the company. The company encourage self-motivate for company improvement. If you are valuable to the company, you will never stop at what you started.
    The challengesThe challenge is that you need to be self-motivated, is good to enter with some experience & competency. As the chemical industry affected by market quite heavily, staff needs to have multitask & problem solving personality.
