A great workplaceThe good thingsYou can learn so many things about meat industry. With many several third party audits, we can go through every audit guidelines and use those as our own added value. HR benefit is quite good but still need some improvement. Lot of staffs here working for more than 5 years, indicating that they are content with their workplace. Location not in KL so no thoughts of daily massive traffic jam.
The challengesQuite often the operation team push their subordinates to work even in weekends and PH. Eventhough it is fairly paid, maybe the welfare of all workers need to be accounted for. And just like any other companies, if you don't perform, you could be disposed. Intra-dept conflicts are often, but I think that's common. One more challenge is when dealing with people who have sit too long in their position.
