    The good thingsDepending on the department you are in, and the colleagues you are working with. Im considered lucky to have find some amazing colleagues who will back me up and help me whenever i needed. Some departments are friendly and helpful, some not really. So depending on your luck. Medical benefits are amazing.
    The challengesUnlucky for me, the management I was under wasn't amazing. Some moments are okay, while the rest will just put the blame on you when things doesn't work out for their likings. Some management value work-life balance while others expect you to stay back even when your daily work is done, this is to show your "Commitment" to the company.
