    The good thingsThis is not employment. It is business and agency building. It's important to know that you can work and create your own business and income. Need to be fully independent. It's not easy to find someone to help you, even your own recruiter. This business gives you a chance to build your skills that you could never get as an employee. Need to work hard, smart and be responsible.
    The challengesThe biggest obstacle is you yourself. There are two things. The industry is changing very rapidly. With this change come a lot of change in operations and the way we do the business. So, we need to embrace the change and change accordingly. The second thing is whether we still want to do the business.
