    Poor treatment in 4pl airfreight. Micro Managing
    The good thingsThis place used to be good with clear direction and supportive old management.
    The challengesThis place had a 360 change and changed the management. New management is horrible. No breaks, they scold you openly and so demotivating, question you for mc. Very toxic Managers. Avoid.

    Life Balance, Health , Mental Health, are more important than salary they pay every month.

    The challengesVery stressful working invironment with no break will be given or cannot taken as SLA is running. Unprofessional Team Leaders, Assistant Managers and Managers who don't know about the business only know the figure. FHS Airfreight not recommended for Indian's , life will be miserable.

    Current management wants staff to work long hours
    The good thingsEnvironment is quite good with your team members and Managers being supportive in your growth. Mostly young people here and feels you can click with each other.
    The challengesShift basis but you get good allowances. But new management is quite bad as they dont care for you and expect you to work without sleep. It is very sad how they reorganised and removed the previous leaders.
