    The good thingshigh base salary after training period, employer really takes good care of their workers, more like a boss on yourselves work with many travelling experience with your related field.

    Great Friends and Working Environment
    The good thingsThe working environment is good and the people are nice. Working mom and married people might wanna consider working here as the environment is quite supportive and flexible depending on your boss. Even the health benefit is good, cover your family too.
    The challengesIf you love a fast paced environment, this company is not for you. The company direction is not well translated to the staff. And few high-rank staff actually worked here from executive level up until director, therefore they do things according to their gut, what they feel right instead of following the industry best practice. If you like to relax and chill at the workplace, this is the best place for you. But if you get frustrated easily, please consider before working here.

Friendly environment and drives you to achieve personal goals and grow as family. Challenges are imminent and you'll be at front-line to face it and gain valuable experiences. Helpful form every corner but individual skill will be tested to the limit !
    The challengesYou'll be put in a situation where you can grade yourself how far you flair if there is an crisis and you are required to make the call. How well you manage it is how far you've come forth with your skills. A 24*7 / 365 environment to support operation where every second is counts, your limit is tested and if you get hold of it here, you can work anywhere. That's a deal !

    The good thingsI enjoy working here as the working environment is friendly and not too stress (where ever we go the working stress level I think almost the same). It's depend on how we handle our jobs or daily tasks.
    The challengesOne of the challenges is how to convince our team to use the new style of completing a task or project. Even though the task seems quite simple but for the long term use they need to understand the foundation of doing things. If somebody works too long and complacent for them a new thing or method will become a burden, so this is where convincing part is not so easy.

    The good thingsMost of the staffs are friendly and working environment also quite flexible. All the bosses are sporting...
    The challengesMost of the HODs are still young and lack of experience in managing staff and project. Because of that staff tent to do their own work rather than helping others who are overloaded. Some of the works are not properly manage and monitor by the person who should taking care of it and let other do. Difficult to find a person who can be a guidance.
