    Unfair treatment to the staff
    The good thingsThe engagement between staff at Hq and branch is strong.
    The challengesSome of the bosses are being unfair to the staff. Not only that, there's staff meddling in other departments' tasks and being rude to other departments. Have to be tough and firm.

    The good thingsSince the total of staff is less than 60 so the engagement between staff can be consider as good. Really easy to adapt to the work environment. The stressful scale is diff for all departments.
