    The good thingsIf manage your site well, boss seldom come to site. Every monthly meeting boss is present. Can be independent, bonus is yearly depend on budget. If come raya dofferent bonus.
    The challengesHave to solve problem on you own. Boss can only advise, you have to be creative. No readily available sop, hv to adapt quickly. If ur site involve with accounts, hq pic on accounts is incompetent and unreliable
